Website & Brand Platform Case 13

Bridges

We designed and built Bridges' bilingual website from scratch, turning a two-founder FMCG partnership into a clear market office for brands and distributors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with every page leading to a booked discovery call.

We gave Bridges a complete website built from the ground up: a bilingual English and Bosnian site on Astro, with 24 routes linked by hreflang, a homepage organised around the brand and distributor sides of the business, five service pages on one consistent template, a founders page that carries the company's credibility, and a Cal.eu booking embed that turns interest into a 30-minute discovery call without a single email back and forth.

The Challenge

Bridges Partners is a Sarajevo company that acts as a local market office for FMCG brands entering or growing in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Instead of opening their own office and hiring a local team, brands get distribution management, trade marketing, category and portfolio work, key account management and reporting from one partner on the ground. Its founders, Selma Jokić and Belma Idrizbegović Arnautović, bring more than 30 years of combined FMCG experience.

The company was founded in 2026, so there was no old site to fix and no client logos to lean on. The website had to earn trust on day one, from international principals weighing a new market and from local distributors deciding whether to work with a new partner. Two audiences, two different questions, and an offer broad enough to sound abstract if it was described in consulting language.

The brief: launch a site that explains the model in seconds, speaks to brands and distributors without splitting into two websites, works in both English and Bosnian, and makes the founders' experience the proof, with one clear next step on every page.

The Approach

We built the site around the one idea that makes Bridges different: it sits between the brand and the market and works for both sides. Everything followed from that. The homepage splits into what Bridges does for brands and what it does for distributors, then brings them back together. The service pages turn a wide offer into concrete steps. And the founders, the strongest proof a young company has, sit at the centre of the story rather than at the bottom of an about page.

01

Two Sides of the Bridge

The homepage answers the first question every visitor brings: what is in it for me? Under the line "One partner. Two sides of the bridge." brands see how they can enter and grow in the market without opening a local office, while distributors see what a partner who shares accountability for execution means for them. Each side reads its own list, and both arrive at the same partnership process and the same call to action.

02

One Service Template

Market Entry, Distribution Management, Brand and Trade Marketing, Category and Portfolio Management, and Performance and Reporting all run on one template: a video hero, a step-by-step process, a What You Get section and an FAQ. A procurement lead comparing services reads them in the same order every time, and Bridges can publish the next service as a content task instead of a new design.

03

Founders as Proof

With no client logos to show yet, credibility comes from the people. The company page, headed "We've been on every side of the table", tells the story of two founders who have worked across the FMCG value chain, from brand to distributor to retailer. Their hands-on, operational way of working is the reason a brand would trust a new partner with its market, so we gave it a page of its own and repeated it throughout the site.

04

Bilingual by Design

English and Bosnian live as two complete route trees, 24 pages in total, connected with hreflang and a language switcher that remembers each visitor's choice. International principals read the offer in English, local retailers and distributors read it in Bosnian, and search engines index both versions correctly instead of treating one as a copy of the other.

05

Motion With Restraint

Looping video heroes give every key page a sense of movement, and GSAP scroll motion reveals headlines and sections as the story unfolds. A beige, olive and black palette with large Geist headlines and fine rules keeps the site calm and editorial, so it reads like a strategic partner rather than a catalogue. The static Astro build, served through Cloudflare, keeps pages fast despite the video.

06

A Call on Every Page

For a partnership business, the conversion is a conversation. Every page ends at the same next step, and the contact page embeds a Cal.eu calendar so a visitor picks a 30-minute discovery call slot on the spot, next to the office address and direct founder contacts. No scheduling emails, no waiting for a reply.

We were a brand-new company asking brands to trust us with their market. Konzept understood that our experience was the proof and built the whole site around it. Brands and distributors now see in a few seconds what we do for each of them.

Outcome

A bilingual site that makes a new company read like an established partner.

Book a discovery call page with embedded calendar
Result 01

Day-One Credibility

A company founded in 2026 now presents itself with the clarity and polish of an established partner, built on its founders' experience instead of borrowed claims.

Result 02

A Model in Seconds

Brands and distributors each see what Bridges does for them on the homepage, so the local market office idea is understood before the first scroll ends.

Result 03

Comparable Services

Five service pages share one structure, so visitors compare process, deliverables and answers side by side, and new services slot in without redesign.

Result 04

Two Languages, One Site

Full English and Bosnian versions serve international principals and local partners alike, with hreflang keeping both correctly indexed.

Result 05

Shorter Path to a Call

The embedded calendar turns interest into a booked discovery call in one step, with the founders' direct contacts beside it.

People arrive at our discovery calls already knowing which service they need. The website does the first meeting for us, in both languages, and the calendar does the rest.
