At Konzept, we use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work, improve your experience, and help us understand how people use our site. This policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your actions and preferences (like login details, language, or analytics). Some cookies are essential for a website to function; others are optional and used for analytics or marketing.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies in three groups. Only the first is on by default. The other two stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner.

Strictly necessary: the site needs these to work. One cookie, konzept_consent, keeps your cookie choice for 6 months. These need no consent.
Analytics: Google Analytics counts visits, sees which pages people read, and sees when someone sends a form.
Marketing: the Meta Pixel tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors, and lets us show our ads to people who visited.

The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies is your consent. If you reject them, or make no choice, the site does not load Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, and nothing about your visit reaches Google or Meta. We do not use cookies to sell your data.

3. Third-party cookies

These cookies exist only after you accept their group:

_ga (Google Analytics, 2 years): tells one browser from another.
_ga_HG1W9WBSCB (Google Analytics, 2 years): keeps the state of a visit.
_fbp (Meta Pixel, 3 months): tells one browser from another.
_fbc (Meta Pixel, 3 months): records the ad click that brought you.

Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provide these services. Both may move data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it: open Cookie settings at the foot of any page. When you withdraw, the site deletes the cookies of that group at once.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out tool.

We may update this Cookie Policy occasionally. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
