We partnered with Texas Corn Producers to rebuild their entire digital presence, a modern website, refreshed brand identity, custom CMS, automated communications, and a purpose-built moth heatmap tracking tool, giving their team the tools to serve farmers faster and smarter.

The Challenge
Texas Corn Producers had outgrown their digital presence. As the advocacy organisation representing thousands of corn farmers across the state, they needed a platform that matched the scale and seriousness of their mission, but their existing website was holding them back.
Content updates were slow and cumbersome, requiring technical knowledge their team didn’t have. Member communications were manual and inconsistent, meaning important policy updates and research findings often reached farmers too late to act on. And with no real analytics in place, the team had no visibility into what was resonating with their audience or where to focus their efforts.
We were tasked with:
- Redesigning and rebranding the full website to reflect TCP’s authority and reach
- Building a content management system their non-technical team could own
- Automating member communications through email digests and newsletters
- Creating a custom moth heatmap tracking application for agricultural monitoring

The Approach
We started with a deep discovery phase to understand TCP’s dual-organisation structure, their diverse audiences, farmers, teachers, students, and policymakers, and the content workflows their team needed to manage daily. From there, we designed and built in focused sprints, delivering a complete digital ecosystem in just seven weeks.



Konzept understood what we needed before we could fully articulate it ourselves. They took a complex organisation with multiple audiences and gave us a website that just works, for our team and for the farmers we serve. The moth tracker alone has been a game-changer.
