FinestClubs
We consulted on product, design, and engineering for the world's most exclusive private nightlife club, a platform curating 170+ clubs, bars and beach clubs across 30+ cities.
Konzept advised on the full product surface: admin tooling, editorial automation, scraping pipelines for venues and events, a refined public directory, and member-facing commerce. Every pipeline we touched turned a hand-built process into something the team could run at scale, without losing the luxury feel the brand is built on.

The Challenge
Curating the world's finest nightlife is deceptively hard. It isn't one directory, it's thirty, each one a separate city with its own door policies, dress codes, seasonal closures, editorial voice and PR calendar. Do it by hand, and every new venue is a bottleneck. Do it badly, and the entire brand promise collapses.
When we joined FinestClubs, the team was shipping real editorial against real venues, but the machinery behind it was straining under its own ambition. Specifically:
- Venue onboarding was manual. Every new CDLC, Cé La Vi or Le Matignon meant hours of copy-paste from the venue's own site.
- Events, the most time-sensitive content on the platform, were being keyed in one at a time across a global calendar that never stopped moving.
- Editorial stories, the brand's magazine layer, were trapped in a bottleneck only a few writers could clear.
- Photo galleries, the entire proof of luxury, were uploaded image by image, often late.
- And the admin UI around all of it was built for a team of three, not a team scaling toward thirty cities.
The front-of-house looked immaculate. The back-of-house was the story.

A scalable editorial and directory engine powering a global nightlife membership

The Approach
We treated FinestClubs like a two-sided product: a luxury magazine on the front, a content operations engine on the back. Every recommendation we made had to earn its place on both sides, the member never sees it, but they feel it every time a new venue, event or story appears on the site.
Directory at scale
Scraping pipelines that ingest venue metadata, galleries, hours and policies into a single curated record, so editors review instead of retype.
Event ops automation
A Facebook-and-venue event scraper with editorial rewriting baked in, turning hundreds of PR posts into house-voice listings nightly.
Editorial velocity
Album bulk uploads, listing enrichment, and templated story pipelines that moved the magazine from artisanal to industrial without flattening the voice.
Admin made for humans
A set of internal admin flows designed the way Konzept designs member-facing UX: fast, typed, keyboard-friendly, defensible under pressure.
