A native iOS and Android app where membership becomes a single conversation: a member types a request, dining, travel, an impossible reservation, and a human concierge answers in minutes, with tiered access from Silver to Black built into the experience.

The Challenge

7D Group is a members-only luxury lifestyle-management brand that has served athletes, actors, musicians, diplomats and entrepreneurs since 2010, booking villas and yachts, private jets and Michelin tables, and VIP access to the events the world watches.

The service itself is human and instant. The digital front door wasn't. A clientele that expects a single message to move mountains was navigating channels that didn't match the speed, discretion or polish of the concierge on the other end.

7D needed an app as quiet and immediate as the service: type a request, get a human reply in minutes, with the membership tiers, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black, woven invisibly into who sees what and how fast.

The Approach

We designed the app to disappear. The luxury is the speed and the silence, no clutter between a member's request and a concierge's reply.

<p>At the centre of the app is a single, calm messaging surface: a member types what they want and a real concierge responds in minutes, around the clock. We engineered real-time messaging, presence and request threading so the experience feels less like a support ticket and more like texting a fixer who never sleeps, across Dining, Travel, Entertainment, Wellness, Events and Shopping.</p>

Membership, quietly tiered

<p>Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black aren't badges bolted on top, they're built into the fabric of the app, shaping access, priority and the experience without ever making a member feel sold to. We designed the tier system to feel like belonging, not paywalling, so the product reinforces the exclusivity the brand is built on.</p>

Built to feel as discreet as the service
